Assistant Manager AM 餐廳副經理

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations including staff training and daily administration.
Plan and organize F&B promotions and special events of different clients, and ensure seamless execution of events.
Responsible for guest and associate satisfaction, leading the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests.
Responsible for the operations efficiency, marketing strategy and profitability.
Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality.
Regularly review the operations routines and identify the improvement needs of the current practice Keep awareness of market trend, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment.
Coordinate and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Catering or Hospitality Management or related discipline;
Minimum 3 years solid experience in F&B industry, with at least 2 years in managerial level;
Similar capacity of managing up-market fine dining/ western cuisine restaurants experience is a definite advantage;
Customer service oriented and able to deliver top-notch dining experience to our guests;
Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost control, and managing P&L as well as marketing;
Strong business sense, independent and good leadership skill with positive attitude;
Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel etc;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
